To book the trip, just click the large green “Book Trip” icon located on the trip page.
You will be taken to our secure, quick, and easy booking page. It’ll only take about 10 minutes to complete the booking process by providing the following information.
- Basic Contact information: name, email, date of birth, gender, address, phone number
- Emergency Contact Information: name, phone number, relationship
- Travel Insurance: Select whether you want to purchase travel insurance
- Terms and Conditions: Check a box to confirm you read and accept the terms and conditions
- Traveler Information: Choose number of people traveling in your party to include in the reservation
- Land/Airfare: Select whether you want airfare included (purchased by Gen X Travel Club/YOLO and added to the total trip price - it will be the actual cost of the flight plus Stripe transaction fee)
- Questions: Optional information – tell us if you have any questions or comments.
Then you'll elect a payment option, and optional insurance and airfare... along with your payment plan:

- Choose one of the Trip Options –
- Choose a payment option, i.e., Full Payment or Standard Payment / Occupancy, i.e., Double Occupancy (share a room) or Single Occupancy (have your own room) by clicking “Add to Cart” for the appropriate trip option.
- Full Payment: Pay the entire trip cost now, i.e., 100% full payment when booking.
- Standard Payment: Pay the 30% trip deposit at booking. Pay the remaining balance 75 days prior to trip date.
When finished, click “Checkout” and you’ll be taken to Stripe to make your payment. We use Stripe for highly secure credit card transaction processing. That’s it...you're booked!
Once you make your first payment, you will have officially reserved your spot and booked the trip!
And you will receive email confirmation of your booking/payment.
If you selected the Standard payment option, you will receive an email requesting payment of the remaining balance.
